# Itronauts

> Itronauts OÜ is an Estonia-based AI consultancy that helps Baltic and European businesses adopt agentic AI responsibly — through automation, AI agents, strategy, long-term operations, and training. We are solution-driven: we only take on engagements where we see real business value for the client.

Itronauts OÜ was founded on 18 November 2024 in Estonia (registry code 17115552, VAT EE102847734). We deliver AI solutions across five service lines and work as long-term partners rather than one-off vendors. Every engagement is custom-scoped with a personalised proposal based on an hourly pricing model. Services are delivered in Estonian and English.

## What we do

Five service lines. All custom-built for the client — no off-the-shelf products.

- **AI Automation** — Replace repetitive, rule-based work with monitored AI pipelines: document processing, email triage, report generation, cross-system data sync, CRM data enrichment.
- **AI Agents** — Autonomous digital colleagues that reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks across client systems: customer support with escalation, research and competitive intelligence, internal knowledge assistants, sales outreach coordination.
- **Strategy & Consulting** — AI readiness assessment, process mapping and opportunity identification, governance and risk frameworks, implementation roadmaps for leadership teams.
- **Maintenance & Operations** — Continuous monitoring, evaluation pipelines, model and prompt updates (including when providers reach end-of-life or release new versions), security and compliance reviews.
- **AI Training & Workshops** — Hands-on programs for leaders and specialists, from AI mindset and strategy to concrete tool-level practical use.

## How Itronauts is different

- **Solution-driven, not revenue-driven.** If a client's business or process cannot genuinely profit from AI, we tell them — rather than taking the engagement for the money. Honest assessment is the first deliverable.
- **Personal, close collaboration.** Clients work with the same people from scoping through production and into ongoing operations. We work inside client teams rather than around them.
- **Long-term stack ownership.** Our biggest differentiator is that we stay with clients after launch. We monitor agentic and automation stacks, update models when providers release new versions or reach EOL, catch performance drift, and fix problems proactively. Most AI consultancies hand over and leave; we do not.
- **Technology-flexible.** Strong with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud & DevOps) and Google ecosystem, but we integrate with any platform that exposes APIs or can be made integratable. Tool preference never drives a recommendation.

## Ideal client

**SMEs with 5 to 200 employees** across any sector. We also work with solo founders and enterprise teams, but the sweet spot is small and mid-market where AI can measurably move outcomes and where operators are close enough to the work to act on insight quickly.

No tech stack prerequisite. If client systems expose APIs or can be made integratable, Itronauts can work with them. There is no requirement to already be on Microsoft, Google, or any specific cloud.

## Our process

1. **Scoping call** — 60 minutes, no commitments. Itronauts listens, asks questions, and gives an honest read on whether AI genuinely fits the problem.
2. **Proposal** — within a few days up to about 5 days after the scoping call. Includes project plan, timeline, and pricing scoped on an hourly basis.
3. **Kick-off** — pace depends on the client (data access and system readiness determine how fast we move, ranging from days to several weeks).
4. **Build and demo** — Itronauts develops the solution and walks the client through a working demo.
5. **Pilot** — solution runs in a controlled environment; feedback is gathered.
6. **Iteration** — adjustments based on pilot learnings.
7. **Production** — solution is deployed for real workloads.
8. **Training** — the client's team is trained to operate the solution day-to-day.
9. **Ongoing maintenance and development** — Itronauts monitors the stack, updates models when new versions release or providers reach EOL, fixes issues, and extends capabilities as the client's needs evolve.

Step 9 — long-term partnership — is what Itronauts considers the real product. One-off projects are the on-ramp, not the goal.
